Acceptable Use & Outreach Compliance Policy

LeadLift is a trading name of The Ivy Leaf Group Pty Ltd (“LeadLift”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This policy governs how Deliverables provided by LeadLift may be used.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their outreach activities comply with applicable laws and regulations in all relevant jurisdictions.

1. Compliance responsibility

Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing marketing communications, including but not limited to:

Spam Act 2003 (Australia)
Privacy Act 1988 (Australia)
GDPR where applicable
CAN-SPAM Act (United States)
other relevant anti-spam or telemarketing regulations.

LeadLift does not send outreach communications and does not monitor client campaigns.

2. Lawful communication practices

Clients must ensure that outreach communications:

clearly identify the sender
do not contain deceptive or misleading information
provide accurate contact information
include required opt-out or unsubscribe mechanisms where required by law.

3. Prohibited uses

Deliverables may not be used to:

send unlawful spam
conduct harassment or abusive messaging
impersonate individuals or organisations
conduct scams or fraudulent activities
distribute malware or harmful content
target protected groups in discriminatory ways.

4. Responsible outreach practices

Clients should use Deliverables responsibly and professionally.

Best practices include:

sending relevant communications aligned with the recipient’s business context
respecting opt-out requests promptly
avoiding excessive messaging or repeated unsolicited contact.

5. Breach of acceptable use

LeadLift reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access where there is reasonable suspicion that Deliverables will be used for unlawful or abusive activities.
